Our Smart Home System and Material Choices

Our villas are built around a smart home system: you can control your home from your phone, wherever you are in the world. In this article we've brought together what the smart home system offers, the materials we use inside our villas, and the shared amenities across our projects — the technical details you'd want to know when looking at a new home, alongside concrete evidence of our build quality.

What Can You Do With the Smart Home System?

The smart home system offers a wide range of controls, from security to energy savings:

  • Video door/intercom calls: speak with site security or the caretaker, or answer your door, via the smart home unit or your phone.
  • Alarm system: instant alerts reach your phone and the security team about anything happening at home, keeping your family protected.
  • Fire alarm and smoke detector: you and the security team are notified immediately of a possible fire.
  • Gas detector: the gas valve shuts automatically on a leak, with an alert sent to you and security.
  • Flood detector: the water valve shuts automatically if your home floods, with an instant notification to the site team and to you.
  • Remote control of gas, water and electricity: manage them from your phone, wherever you are in the world.
  • Boiler control: switch your boiler on or off remotely to save energy while you're out.
  • Air conditioning and climate control: turn your AC on or off remotely and adjust your home's temperature settings.
  • Lighting, curtain and shutter control: manage all of your home's lighting, curtains and shutters via the panel or your phone.
  • Socket control: switch off a forgotten appliance, like an iron, remotely from anywhere.
  • TV control: manage your television from your phone or tablet.
  • Emergency shortcuts: one-touch shortcuts to call a taxi, police, fire service or ambulance.

Together, these controls let you manage your home's security and comfort remotely even when you're not there — a particular convenience for owners living abroad or using their home as a holiday property.

Materials We Use in Our Villas

Alongside smart home technology, the materials we use inside our villas are chosen from well-known names in the industry:

  • Living room flooring: Kütahya Seramik, first-grade granite.
  • Kitchen cabinets: first-grade MDF laminate acrylic matte finish.
  • Interior doors: white lacquer, first-grade craftsmanship.
  • Bathroom: Vitra cabinets, concealed-cistern WC, shower cabin, shower set and taps.
  • Electrical system: Viko.
  • Staircase: first-grade walnut, custom-made in Istanbul.
  • Steel door: Boyut.
  • Fireplace: first-grade, wood-burning, can also heat upper floors.

What these material choices have in common is that we favour well-established, widely available brands in Turkey that offer long-term durability and service support — making it easier to find spare parts and servicing if something ever needs attention.

Shared Amenities

Beyond the materials used inside each villa, the shared amenities we provide across our projects are also part of the living experience: wooden detailing, spot lighting, unlimited internet for every villa, a children's playground, adult and children's pools, an optional private pool, 24/7 security and a caretaker service are standard across our projects.
